Service Description
Whether you're away on holiday, busy at work, or just need an extra hand, I offer reliable lawn mowing using your mower and tools. I’ll keep your garden looking tidy and well-maintained while you focus on everything else. Each visit includes: Full lawn mow (front and/or back as requested) Gate closed and tools returned to storage Optional message update once complete ✅ You must provide a working mower (electric or petrol) and any necessary extension leads or fuel. 🚫 I do not transport or provide equipment. £8 for half hour mow. £12 an hour.
Cancellation Policy
📆 Bookings Lawn mowing appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. All bookings are “Request to Book” and will be confirmed manually to allow for scheduling and travel time between jobs. Repeat bookings (weekly or fortnightly) are welcome and can be arranged in advance. 🚗 Travel Charge Travel is included for bookings within a 3-mile radius of TD7 4QB. For locations beyond this, an additional mileage fee of £0.45 per mile (each way) will apply. Mileage is calculated based on the shortest reasonable route from TD7 4QB to the booking address. ⏳ Cancellations & Changes Cancellations are free up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. Changes or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before your appointment and are subject to availability. 🛠️ Service Requirements The homeowner must provide a working lawn mower (electric or petrol) and any required tools (extension cables, fuel, grass bin access, etc.). Lawns should be free of toys, hoses, animal waste, or obstructions before the visit. I will not transport or supply any mowing equipment. Mowing includes cutting the grass and neatly emptying the grass box — no trimming, edging, or landscaping is included unless otherwise agreed. ⚠️ Disclaimer I am not responsible for mechanical issues with the equipment provided. If the mower is unsafe or not working, I may not be able to complete the job — in this case, a partial or full charge may still apply. I cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from faulty equipment, worn blades, or lawn conditions (e.g., wet or overgrown grass). Services may be rescheduled or paused in poor weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain or very wet grass).
