Service Description
Give your dog a full hour of exercise, enrichment, and love while you're busy or away. This solo walk is tailored to your dog’s needs — whether they want to sniff every tree, stretch their legs, or enjoy some calm company. 🐕 Perfect for energetic pups, nervous dogs, or anyone who loves extra time outside. 🚶♂️ Walks are always solo unless otherwise requested.
Cancellation Policy
📆 Bookings All dog walking appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are by request only and must be confirmed manually. This helps me avoid double bookings and manage travel time between clients. 🚗 Travel Charge Travel is included for bookings within a 3-mile radius of TD7 4QB. For locations beyond this, an additional mileage fee of £0.45 per mile (each way) will apply. Mileage is calculated based on the shortest reasonable route from TD7 4QB to the booking address. Cancellations & Changes You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled walk with no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the walk may be charged 50% of the fee. Changes (such as adjusting walk time) must be requested at least 12 hours in advance, and are subject to availability. 🐕 Walk Details Walks are solo unless otherwise agreed — your dog will get 100% of my attention. Standard walks are either 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the service selected. I will walk your dog in your local area or along agreed safe routes. After the walk, I’ll top up water, towel off muddy paws if needed, and secure your home as found. ⚠️ Dog Behaviour & Safety Disclaimer Dogs must be friendly and safe to handle. I reserve the right to cancel or stop a walk if a dog shows aggressive or dangerous behaviour. I must be informed in advance if your dog has any behavioural issues, reactivity, or needs a muzzle. Dogs will only be walked off-lead if: You give written permission The area is safe and appropriate Your dog has reliable recall I cannot be held responsible for incidents that occur as a result of: Pre-existing medical conditions Poor recall or off-lead behaviour (unless agreed in writing) Faulty collars, leads, or harnesses 🔐 Access Please make sure I can access your dog safely and as agreed (key, lockbox, or someone at home). If I can’t access your dog at the scheduled time, the visit may be cancelled but still charged. 📸 Optional Updates I’m happy to send a quick message or photo after walks — just let me know if you’d like updates.
