Service Description
Cats are happiest in their own space — and that’s exactly where I care for them. Whether you're away for a night, a weekend, or a holiday, I’ll make sure your cat feels safe, seen, and well looked after. Each visit is tailored to your cat’s routine and personality, and typically includes: 🐾 Feeding and fresh water Litter tray cleaning Playtime, brushing, or quiet company — whatever your cat prefers Basic home check (windows, lights, bins) Daily photo or message update (optional) I take the time to learn your cat’s quirks and ensure they feel settled while you're away. Nervous cats are given calm, quiet care — no pressure.
Cancellation Policy
📆 Bookings Cat sitting visits must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are request-only and confirmed manually. This allows me to manage timing and travel between visits. 🚗 Travel Charge Travel is included for bookings within a 3-mile radius of TD7 4QB. For locations beyond this, an additional mileage fee of £0.45 per mile (each way) will apply. Mileage is calculated based on the shortest reasonable route from TD7 4QB to the booking address. ⏳ Cancellations & Changes Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the fee. You can request changes or rescheduling up to 12 hours before the visit, depending on availability. 🐾 What’s Included Each visit typically includes: Feeding and fresh water Litter tray cleaning Playtime, brushing, or quiet companionship (as your cat prefers) General wellbeing check Basic home check (if requested: lights, bins, post) Optional photo/message update Visits last approximately 30 minutes, but I allow a little flexibility to suit your cat’s needs. ⚠️ Health & Safety Disclaimer I am not a vet and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. If I notice signs of illness or distress, I will contact you (or your emergency contact) immediately and follow your instructions. If I cannot reach you and your cat urgently needs help, I may seek veterinary attention at your expense if I believe it's necessary. I cannot be held responsible for: Pre-existing health issues Behavioural issues not disclosed at booking Accidents due to unsafe home environments or outdoor access 🔐 Access & Security Please ensure I have clear, agreed access to your home (key, lockbox, etc.). If I cannot access your cat safely on arrival, the visit may be cancelled but still charged. All client information, keys, and security details are handled respectfully and confidentially. 📸 Updates If you'd like a photo or message update after visits, just let me know — I’m always happy to send one!
